FAQ

Suunto announced that their old Movescount app will no longer be supported and they are going to use a new app instead:
https://www.suunto.com/en-gb/Content-pages/digital-service-transition/

Therefor Suunto offers an interface only to their new app. To connect PerfectPace with Suunto you first have to install the new Suunto app and create an account. With this it will be possible to sync activities with PerfectPace.

I synchronize my PerfectPace calendar with Google, Apple, Outlook or another third party calendar. However there are workouts missing that are available in my PerfectPace calendar.

PerfectPace synchronizes all your activites that are between the last 30 days and the next 365 days. Workouts that are outside this range will not be displayed.
Also Goolge, Apple etc. checks only every few hours if there is an update in the PerfectPace calendar so you might have to wait for some time for your activites to appear.

To get all all your past activites into PerfectPace you need to upload them manually. Polar only syncs your activites from the day the conection was set up. No past activites get synchronized.

On Polar’s page you can download all you data. This article describes how this can be done:

At the moment you have to send us an email so we can activate the trainer features for your existing account.

Zwift decided not to offer an interface to sync their data with PerfectPace. We have contacted them several times already but this feature is not on their roadmap.

Currently you have to manually upload your Zwift rides.

If you would like to help us get an interface to Zwift please send this pre formatted email to Zwift.

Until Zwift changed their mind you have to upload your Zwift rides manually.

You can upload .fit .tcx and.gpx files.
If you want to upload your training history and are a Strava user you can download all your data from Strava and upload it to PerfectPace.
